PatriotWatchdog.com is a project of OldGlory2006.org, both of which were founded by North Carolina native and Gulf War Veteran Jeff Lewis. OldGlory2006.org's primary mission is to focus on America's rich and proud history as a free people, the lessons learned by our founding fathers, and to instill hope for America's future and posterity through sharing examples of how Americans, like no other nation of people in the history of the world personify and exemplify the virtues of free men and women, united together for the common good.

I've often referred to OldGlory2006.org as my 'olive branch.' When it came time to address the grievances that ignoring the wisdoms of our founding fathers have generated, PatriotWatchdog.com was launched. I refer to it as my 'hammer,' with which I hold elected officials feet to the fire, and smash the occasional fingers and toes of scoundrels and scalawags betraying their oaths of office, and their sworn duties to God & Country.

PatriotWatchdog projects include supporting the excellent work of many groups and organizations across the country in the fight for America's sovereignty, border security, and Constitutional adherence. As you scroll through PatriotWatchdog.com you will find links to several organizations I feel are both on point on the issues, and have their hearts in the right place, i.e., an allegiance to the people of the United States and the Constitution that rises above even the best interests of the organizations themselves.

PatriotWatchdog actively partners with many groups across the country. Taking the advice of Edward Evert Hale, I do what I can. You won't find major fundraising at either PatriotWatchdog.com or OldGlory2006.org. Both organizations survive entirely on the hard-earned contributions and support of fellow patriots, family, and friends. Our forefathers and founding fathers made great sacrifices for this country. Following their wise and noble lead we have no large membership goals, nor any desire to create a career fighting but not defeating the insanities that face us. Partnering with state organizations such as the Chicago Minuteman Project, Midwest Minutemen, SayNoToIllegals.org, I-FIRE, MINN-SIR, WFIR, FLIMEN, SaveOurState, and others, and national organizations such as the FIRE Coalition, NumbersUSA, 911FamiliesForASecureAmerica, and veteran groups such as VeteransForSecureBorders, PatriotWatchdog is meeting both it's commitment to the cause, and mission of helping "we the people' awaken the millions of undocumented patriots across America to stand up and defend her against enemies foreign and domestic. Godspeed to all those who make the sacrifices for America's children, our posterity. History will remember you as the fruitful children of patriots that didn't fall far from the tree of liberty.

Jeff is a native-born North Carolinian, honorably discharged combat veteran of the Gulf War who spent nearly a decade in the U.S. Navy before moving on to other challenges. A graduate of Naval Nuclear Power School, Jeff has worked at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in New York, served aboard the flagship of the Atlantic Fleet, the U.S.S. America working on radar, navigation, and weapons systems while attached to the U.S. Navy's VF-102 Diamondbacks, and more recently at the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. Jeff's resume looks much like McGyver's, but his resolve and values imminate from a rock-solid family upbringing and down-to-earth common sense that is still strong in eastern North Carolina.

As a partner with, and as Deputy Director of Operations & Planning for the FIRE Coalition, Jeff is the project director for Operation Body Count, and Operation FIRE and ICE,works with the leadership of numerous organizations across the country, as well as actively lobbying state and local legislators across the country, and in our nation's Capitol to make sure that "we the people" are heard, that our sovereignty is preserved, and that our Constitution isn't ignored. Since the fall of 2005 Jeff has worked full-time without pay for the 'cause.' As a stage 4, aggressive cancer survivor, Jeff knows first hand what tough battles are and is convinced 'we the people' will prevail.
